Is There a Complete, Without Failing Ever, Without a Doubt, Hypoallergenic Dog for All Humans?

Truth is:

There is no such thing as a completely hypoallergenic dog. Dog lovers must take steps to minimize the impact of allergies to all things they are allergic to including "dog dander."
